Usage

fnPruneTree(Tree tree, Taxon[] prune/retain, Bool pruneFossils)

Arguments

tree : Tree (pass by const reference)
The tree variable.
prune/retain : Taxon[] (pass by const reference)
Taxon set to prune/retain in the tree.
pruneFossils : Bool (pass by const reference)
Prune all fossils from tree?
Default : FALSE
