| The side of the window to scale values. | |

| weight : | RealPos (pass by value) |
| The weight how often on average this move will be used per iteration. | |

| tuneTarget : | Probability (pass by value) |
| The acceptance probability targeted by auto-tuning. | |
| Default : 0.44 |
