mvNodeTimeSlideBeta(TimeTree tree, RealPos delta, RealPos offset, Bool tune, RealPos weight, Probability tuneTarget)
Arguments

| The concentration parameter. | |

| The offset for the proposal density. | |

| Should we tune the concentration parameter during burnin? | |
