Arguments
| taxa : | Taxon[] (pass by const reference) |
| The vector of taxa that will be used for the tips. | |
| outgroup : | Clade (pass by const reference) |
| The clade (consisting of one or more taxa) used as an outgroup. | |
| Default : NULL | |
| branchLengthDistribution : | Distribution__RealPos (pass by value) |
| The base distribution for the branch lengths. |
