fnSegregatingSites(AbstractHomologousDiscreteCharacterData data, Bool excludeAmbiguous)

Arguments

data : AbstractHomologousDiscreteCharacterData (pass by const reference)
The alignment for which to compute the number of segregating sites.
excludeAmbiguous : Bool (pass by const reference)
Should we exclude ambiguous or missing characters?
Default : FALSE
