Usage

mvGraphFlipClique(MatrixRealSymmetric x, RealPos r_set, Probability p_vertex, Probability p_edge, Natural[] vertices, Bool tune, RealPos weight, Probability tuneTarget)

Arguments

x : MatrixRealSymmetric (<stochastic> pass by reference)
The variable on which this move operates.
r_set : RealPos (pass by value)
Rate that is equal to the expected number of vertex-sets to perturb (min 1).
Default : 1
p_vertex : Probability (pass by value)
Probability of including a vertex in a vertex-set (min 2 vertices/set).
Default : 0.1
p_edge : Probability (pass by value)
Probability of forcing edge to consensus value (0,1) in a vertex-set.
Default : 1
vertices : Natural[] (pass by reference)
A vector of vertices to target with this proposal. An empty vector is interpretted as the full list of vertices.
Default : [ ]
tune : Bool (pass by value)
Should we tune the scaling factor during burnin?
Default : TRUE
weight : RealPos (pass by value)
The weight determines the relative frequency with which this move will be attempted. For details, see the description of the 'moveschedule' parameter on the documentation page for 'mcmc()'.
Default : 1
tuneTarget : Probability (pass by value)
The acceptance probability targeted by auto-tuning.
Default : 0.44
